{"id":291,"date":"2023-06-06T12:05:24","date_gmt":"2023-06-06T10:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infographics.stichtingen.be\/?p=17"},"modified":"2025-02-14T18:40:11","modified_gmt":"2025-02-14T16:40:11","slug":"evolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stichtingen.be\/fr\/evolutie\/","title":{"rendered":"Evolution des types de fondations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20 ans apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation du statut de \u00abfondation priv\u00e9e\u00bb, les fondations connaissent pour la premi\u00e8re fois un ralentissement de leur croissance.<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis l\u2019instauration de la loi du 2 mai 2002 qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le cadre d\u2019existence des fondations (notamment en introduisant les fondations priv\u00e9es), le nombre de fondations sur le territoire belge n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre. Alors que les fondations d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique \u00e9taient plus nombreuses au d\u00e9but de l\u2019instauration des fondations priv\u00e9es, cette tendance s\u2019est invers\u00e9e en 2008 quand les fondations priv\u00e9es, qui ont connu une tr\u00e8s forte croissance depuis leur cr\u00e9ation, ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les fondations d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique. En 2019, le nombre de fondations priv\u00e9es d\u00e9passait les 1500 et parmi ces fondations priv\u00e9es, 1000 \u00e9taient de nature philanthropique. N\u00e9anmoins, il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que depuis 2020 la croissance du nombre de fondations pr\u00e9sentes sur le territoire belge semble ralentir, voir m\u00eame diminuer pour les fondations d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique.
